I want to buy a new laptop. I'm hesitant because some people are having issues installing & playing... especially playing RCT3 (I have Platinum). Can anyone help me here???
I may just have to get it with XP in order to play this game???
I don't want to spend $2k and not be able to play RCT3.
I already own a Velocity Micro desktop with XP and the game plays fine... for the most part.

lol. Rct is played on a computer.
but all the same this area is fine.

As far as i know most things work fine with vista now.

I know CS does, so I can only assume the game does.

I've been a guest on other websites (I JOINED THIS ONE BECAUSE IT LOOKED GOOD... BIG FISH, SMALL POND... ). Some people (just a few seemingly... hopefully...) have experienced difficulties with VISTA. The Skipper commented that VISTA really screwed things up to someone regarding something... I don't want to fork out $2,000+ on alaptop if I cannot play this game so much. I can simply get a new one with XP but I'd rather get Vista. I'm obviously not a tech person, but I am an RCT Veteran since day 1.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP... Thank You.

They're located in New York... on 5th ave. That explains the atitude and rudeness. Here in Miami I find myself suffering from urban trauma. I already have my retirement house 1/3 paid for in Northern Florida.

That's great. Mine works fine too. And with the SLI & dual graphics I can fill up the parks with more stuff than on my older desktop. No lag so far. I'm glad to see that people are still keeping RCT3 alive on these forums. RCT4??? Who knows... (see Lawsuit details I put in this forum...)

i read in an other post wher you told me that you are italian too and want to speek italian.  glad to know that. i'll try to post sometimes in double language if i can and i' able because i don't know wery well the english... and think that all have to be able to understand what whe wrote and english is worldwide language not as italian...
(ho letto in un post dove mi hai scritto che sei italiano anche tu e vorresti parlare un pò d'italiano. sono felice di saperlo. cercherò di scrivere in due lingue se posso qualche volta...)

I don't hear enough English around here (Miami, FL). I hear people around the world speaking better English than in Miami. All I hear is Spanish, and this is supposed to be part of the US supposedly... So Italian is a welcome change. My grandmother was from Venice.

We are giving this country away... That includes the language too. These Cubans parade around here like they own the place, and they just got here (90 mile swim). I've been here all my life and I'm a second class citizen. We cater to them and they are walking all over us with this Spanish nonsense. If you are not bi-lingual you probably won't get a job anywhere from West Palm Beach south to Key West. I am an ESE Teacher (Critical Shortage) so bi-lingual doesn't affect me. I also started in 1987 before it got really bad here. Hurricane Andrew pushed them into Ft. Lauderdale & Palm Beach. Sorry I know this isn't RCT3 but I kind of got segued into this topic.

Florida has a lot of Cubans also....I used to live in Tampa when i was 18 years old. I loved it down there. I now live in Ohio.
